Radiator drain plug?

Is one of these the drain plug? Just took a quick glacé about to change to get dirty and want to get this thing flushed. Thanks

Mine is a 98 and it is up by the fan... Hard to explain where it is. For me, I found out that you can take off the headlight bezel and unscrew the headlight and turn light and it is right there. Unless they changed it in 97, that's where id look. Not sure though. Good luck

Drain plug is on passenger side of rad....it's plastic and breaks easily. Easiest way to drain coolant is remove the air filter box, then remove the bottom rad hose from the water pump.

Sweet I have already drained it all from the hose, just wanted to get it all out. I am about to flush any ways though. I had the hose pop off the T-stat housing 5 miles in the woods and had to literally refill the Rad with mud water.

if i took a picture of that same exact spot on my jeep, that is the slot the radiator fits into when you put it into the jeep, my drain plug is on the left side of my rad. by passenger head light..but X2 on the lower hose that is how i drain mine.

Remove both top rad hose and heater hose from the t-stat cover. Remove bottom hose from water pump. Stick a garden hose in the heater hose, then in the top rad hose, then in the heater hose nipple on the t-stat cover.

As long as components drain, get blown out with compressed air, what tap water remains won't hurt anything as long as coolant/antifreeze is used to re-fill the system. After flushing with the garden hose, and concerned about tap water, one can pour distilled water into the various components, let drain and blow out, then re-fill with coolant/antifreeze.
