Default races in rearend and bearing

what is the easiest way to get the new ones in? i also can't get the bearing on the pinion. i tried putting the pinion in the freezer and the bearing in the oven. i got the races in the freezer and i amd going to heat the housing up with a torch and try that. i got the chrysler 8.25

Are you talking about the bearing you have to press on the pinion? Not sure what you did, or are trying to do. Need more info on what you are doing to give an accurate way to solve problem

yes the big bearing that goes on the pinion. the pinion had alot of play so i am replacing the bearings on it and the 2 races for it.
