quick question about long arm kits

i have a 3 inch RC lift on my 2000 jeep cherokee sport i wanna do 4.5 long arm or 6.5 i dont heavy i dont wheel constantly wheel but when i do go out we do it for hours. with this lift http://roughcountry.com/jeep_xj_6xla.html i no imma need a SYE and probly a longer Driveshaft but i looked at the 4.5 long arm but its a AAL and i aint thrilled with my 3 inch AAL so should i go with 4.5 and get new leafs or go 6.5 and get the full package. but here my next question is with the Long arm upgrade do i need to get that and the kit with the coils and leahs and all that

im not sure exactly what your asking but fom what i understand yes the kit will come with longer springs, that is what gives you the ride height.
in general the flatter and longer the leaf springs the smoother they will ride so by adding lift and getting a sping with more arch in it it will ride a bit more rough, there are other factors but that is just the basics of it
