Default Quick question about fuel injectors

I have a 2000 Cherokee and picked up injectors from a neon and a stratus today. 04669772. Will these work?

It doesn't show the number on there but they came out of a 99 or 98 neon

99-01 Cherokee owners have used Ford 19# XF2E-C4B=204cc@43.5PSI injectors with success, they have the same specification as the #19 ford 280155710 (i.e. 4 hole ev6 style with a nominal working pressure of 39PSI) just with a UScar electrical connector and take clipnuts.

A bit more flow (much closer to the stock injector flow rate than the ford XF2E-C4B) is provided by Bosch #0280155784, which are the same as the older Neon injectors 0280155703, but with a uscar electrical connector.

Chrysler part # 4669938 from;
DODGE CARAVAN (1998 - 2000)
DODGE NEON (1998 - 1999)
DODGE STRATUS (1998 - 2000)

Another alternative for the stock 99-up 4.0L is Ford xr3z-a4b (CM4956) which is the newest design and offer even better performance.

if even more flow is required the “1999 only” Taurus/Sable injectors, 0280155849 can be used.

This EV6 injector will flow 265cc/min @ 43.5 PSI, same as the FMS M9593-A302(24 lb) but with USCAR connector so the original injector clips on the loom will plug straight on..

04669772 = a Bosch #0280155782 injector
these injectors are the same in terms of technical specks (spray Pressure, flow. ect) as the0280155784 injectors .

However they are shorter, 61mm long compared the 784 injector @73mm long.

So I don't know if it will fit.

Maybe someone else does?

I was at the junk yard and grabbed two sets of neon injectors, not paying enough attention, I got the ones you are talking about.I didnt notice untill I had pulled my rail and installed the injectors, they ended up being about 1/4 inch too short to work ! Oh well bact to the yard again this weekend. Hope this helps you.

Read the part numbers on the side of the injectors, it is all about the part numbers
