Default Quick question

I have a 96 Grand cherokee laredo that is leaking coolant from the oil pan seal, just wondering if i replace the seal/gasket if it should fix the leak up or if there could be a major problem? Thanks Dshanks

coolant from the oil pan ......I'm not a doctor or anything but you should not have any coolant coming from your oil pan....You probably have a coolant leak up higher on the motor that is running down the side of it and dripping off the oil pan

Look at the lines that go to your heater core they are common to leak

Also check your freeze/core plugs. They start to seep before letting go.

Either the plug on the back of the head or (most common) the one on the back of the block befind the flexplate which reqires removal of the transmission to service.
