im doin a 4.5 with lift with 33's my question is do i need to extend my brake lines is there any thing else im getting a sye

 

yes you need to extend your brake lines. go for 6" brake lines to make sure they are good on the flex and when you put it on a lift.
plan on changing tie rod ends in the near future possibly if not a steering upgrade or ZJ tie rod and drag link.
make sure you get all 4 U bolts. if your not getting full leaf springs center bolts and leaf spring clamps. they usually come with kits but make sure its all there.
