do it, then just fix what is needed once you know what's going on. at most you'll need lowers.
this isnt true. I have seen numerous xj's come into the shop with 3.5-4 needing a SYE. Every XJ is different

Never heard of that yj slip yoke before, I might have to look into that.

that's what i've been using. i have about 7.5 inches with no sye or t-case drop.
hey thats good info man, thanks! we had talked about running the slip section of a shaft but the hard part was going to be find the right size...
