Look under the Jeep, on the downpipe coming from the exhaust, you might have to put the front or left side up in the air a bit to make it easier.

what year did they start with the two O2 cus I only have one

 

Upstream is the one that monitors fuel mixture, the downstream is mainly for emissions monitoring.

And I believe they went to 2 O2's sometime around the redesign, prob 95 or 96, when the 4.0L became an OBD-II system.
