Default Question about cleaning my intake manifold

I'm gonna clean a 99+ intake I pulled at a jy before I install it. From what I've read, throttle body cleaner works best to clean out the inside and runners. The intake still has the fuel rail, injectors, iat, etc still attached. Is it okay if those parts get hit with the tb cleaner too? Would like to get them cleaned as well, but don't know the effects of tb cleaner on injectors and sensors, and if I should uninstall them before cleaning. Also, if I pull out the injectors will I have to replace orings and all that too? Thanks,
Dan

So does anyone know if spraying throttle body cleaner on my intake will hurt the injectors and sensors if they're still attached?

Pull the fuel rail and injectors off before you clean it. If you're not replacing the o-rings (I would) you can renew them with a little vaseline. As long as you're not soaking the sensors, a little overspray probably won't hurt them.

I would take them off and let the throttle body soak in a bucket of cleaner. Then you're really getting all the grime off.
