First of all O.P. love the Waggy!!!

I have the clock in my 91 XJ and I'm content with it. My sons' 94 XJ just had a blank panel so we used that are for his fog light switches.

Yeah, with the clock in the stereo who needs the one in the dash? We used irrigation wire going to the relays'. Pretty easy.
