The wipers barely work.

In the time delayed section, they are fine. But once you put it to low and hi settings, they go really slow.
I have 2 of those boxes that the switch control plugs into under the dash. 1 box didn't work at for the wipers, but this box works halfway for the wipers.

I can't remember if my old column had this issue or not.

Secondly, there is a black wire that I have no clue where it goes. The one for my old column wasn't plugged in either.
It is the black wire that runs up through the column and goes up into the blinker lever. I think it is for the cruise control.
The connector at the end is basically U shaped and is just the single wire.

Someone has to know where that little black wire goes too. Comes out of the blinker switch, down the column and plugs into what wire?

As far as the wipers, now it is just the high setting that is way slow. What's up with this?

On page 2 there is a picture. The control switch is what I'm talking about and what the connector looks like. Does that plug right up into the control module?
