Push button ignition...where to mount
My ignition bit the dust the other day. I could get the key to acc so I wired up a push button to the solenoid. It all works fine and dandy... I just cant decided where to put the switch that isnt a pain to get to, or in plain sight. I would really like to do something fun with this to keep me occupied during the winter months. Any suggestions? Maybe disguise it as something else?

I vote for old school floor start. The previous owner of my jeep put a push button in instead of fixing the ignition switch.... sometimes the key works in the crank position and sometimes I need to push the button. I was thinking of relocating mine from the dash

Mine on my jeep is right in front of where the key would go....but my key also has to turned to run for it to work and the neutral saftey switch is disconected to come in handy if it were to stall on a hill.

i would vote somewhere within easy reach.
and if that doesnt suit you, maybe hidden somewhere odd, like under your back seat or something
