Default Punctured radiator fix

Fan clutch bit my new 3 row radiator. Its a small dime sized scrape/bent fins.
Im thinking about being lazy and pour in leak stop and do cold epoxy...(for now until I have time/money for ANOTHER new set up)?

ideas?

My uncle used epoxy to make radiator repairs once on an old Dodge pickup he had. I think it was JB Weld Waterweld. A car flipped a rock into the radiator. It knocked a hole about the size of a pencil lead in one of the tubes. I watched him roll up a ball about the size of a buckshot pellet and press it into the hole. He drove it that way until he sold it without any problems.

I don't know about the leak stop though, I don't trust that stuff. I don't like the idea of anything clogging up the cooling system. Maybe try the epoxy alone first and check it regularly for leaks?

I would personally use the JB weld. Stuff is damn bulletproof, seen a guy use it to fix a crack on the exhaust manifold of his big rig. That was about 3 years ago, as far as i know its still holding just fine.

Not a big fan of stop leak in any vehicle.

Go ahead and pour some stop leak in there, and see what else you end up replacing for being LAZY and STUPID at the same time.

Definitely poured stop leak in my yota before i sold it 3 years ago and the guy is still driving it to this day. 210,000 miles when i sold it, talked to him the other day and he said the only thing he's replaced is the fuel pump.

However, i still wouldnt recommend using the stop leak. I see the stop leak as more of a band aid then an actual fix, but the JB weld on the other hand... stuff dries like steel. I'd recommend it fully, I've used it to fix MANY things that you'd think the stuff wouldnt hold including things i probably shouldnt have used it on.
