When I turn either right or left at slow speeds I get feed back into the steering wheel, like a pulsating feel. Can this be air in the pump or maybe the steering dampner. My Jeep is 2000 I6 auto, 72,00 miles

the p/s system will bleed automatically over a little time. turn the wheel back and forth several times and you should see air bubbles comin up to the top of the fluid. just keep doing this till theres little to no air bubbles left. also you can have a shop flush the power steering fluid, and or, put some lucas power steering conditioner in it and see if that cures the problem if the belt is tight.
