Default Pulling eng and trans - what to disconnect?

96 xj - im pulling the engine and trans as a unit to transfer to another xj. Just want to make sure I don't miss anything before I start pulling it. Ive removed the radiator/electric fan/grill section. Im more wondering what to disconnect for the trans. Ive removed the crossmember from the frame and trans.

How do I remove the shifter linkage on the driver side of the trans? I will likely need to reuse this (going in a 00 that had the drivetrain removed before I got it).

Do I need to remove the cooler lines to the trans?

Does the rear drive shaft slip out, and if so can I remove it as I pull the engine/trans?

What about the front driveshaft?

What about the plugs to the trans? - do I need to disconnect, how many, and where?

Anything I missed?
