Default PSF leak?

Morning.

I've noticed a leak under the hood, actually got to investigating and I believe its my PS gear assembly. The pitman arm is pretty wet and has been since I got the truck. Discovered it when I was trying to tighten up the steering a bit. After tightening up the set screw on top, steering was a bit better, but not much. Anyone else have experience with this problem? Do y'all think its a reasonable guess that I may just be low on PSF? Im still learning, just don't want to get a major component FUBAR if there's some other options available. Thanks gang, I appreciate it.

Update- Just went and checked, PSF is quite low. Hopefully adding will help, still a bit concerned about the leak. Hoping all it needs is maybe a seal kit.

That screw is to adj. the steering gear for wear not to stop a leak.
