Hi lift should be used on a hitch or a sturdy rock slider and safe regular jacking points should be the axles the unibody do not jack it up from any steering spots the oil pan or gas tank ive seen it done
What about the part that extends down by the wheels / axle.. that's what I always use like this {supposed to be an axle but upside down} I jack on the part that goes down (^) in the drawing.

Are those on the pinch welds ? I would be careful as to not crush the pinch welds. I use the rear end pumpkin on both axles I never jack on the long tube in the front. I built rock sliders and they are pretty much a given spot to use a high lift if needed.
Axles, and the unibody frame rails. My stock bumpers have been holding up fine using the hi lift on them, but I only do that when I have to. Just dont try to use a hi lift on the rockers like one of my friends, the jack actually punched a hole through his rocker and bent the door so it doesn't open and close right.
I do not jack it up on suspension or steering parts.

Axles or the "Frame rail" on the unibody for standard jacks. High lifts on a hitch, i wouldn't trust pinch welds or bumpers.

there is an island in between two notches in the pinch seam on the far ends front and rear both sides, these are the factory lifting points but anywhere on the pinch seam is fine (ok i wouldnt if its rusted)
anywhere on the frame, axle tubes, diff... for a hi-lift only on heavy duty bumpers, sliders or a hitch
do not on the floor boards, crossmembers, tcase skid and as previously mentioned gas tank, oil pans or anything to do with steering.
