Default Proper brake rotor size?

Hey cherokeeforum,
After a good 50k on my rotors, they're due for a replacement. I took my measurements and saw that my current rotors have a "hat" height of 2 1/8 inches and the studs stick out 1 1/8 inches. Based off of this, I will assume I have the specs for a cast rotor (1999). I ordered a pair of Raybestos rotors, part #780444R from RockAuto and measured them. The Raybestos rotors have a hat height of 2 1/2 inches. Seeing that this is not an OEM measurement (Composite are 2 1/4, cast are 2 1/8), I have concerns with fitting these new rotors as I have read that these fractions of an inch are difference between a smooth ride and a wheel lockup. I have time to ponder as I haven't received the pads yet, so any and all help is appreciated before I tackle this job. Thanks!

Cliffs:
-Current rotors have 2 1/8 in. hat height
-New rotors have 2 1/2 in. hat height
-Will there be fitment issues?
