Try the check valve first. Remove it. You should be able to blow through one direction and not the other.

Ya nailed that one, too, got a bad booster AND a leaky air valve.

With the engine cold and the booster disconnected/plugged, starts and idles at 850 rpm, may gain 50 rpm warming up. Ether around injectors produces slight change in engine tone, will wait for Neon injectors to fix that..

The 703's (that you don't really want), are rarely found in Neon's. I found them in Labaron and Seabreez. the 280 155 746 you do want come out of Volvo's, but I'd contact Programbo here or Ebay.
