Default Problems after replaced cracked "0331" head

Alright noob here but here is the lowdown.

2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 109K with the cracked 0331 head issue. No engine noise but did have what looked like chocolate milk in the oil. Had a mechanic replace the head with a new head from Clearwater heads and new lifters. He found a ton of sludge in the head and got out as much as he could.Ran fine afterwards when testing for 20 miles or so. I drive it home and it starts to miss out and I lose oil pressure. It goes back to him and he replaces the oil pump due to it being plugged with sludge. Engine is still missing out but now has good oil pressure. Codes are Cylinder 5 misfire reported and Oxygen sensor code on the engine. I hear clicking from what I and another mechanic believes are cylinder 5 intermittently once it warms up. Fuel injectors checked and they are good. Good oil pressure up through the rods. Any ideas where to go next?
