Default Problem starting

Hi I was hopping someone would help me solve this weird problem. My jeep takes a wild to start. Must be cranked over for a wild or sometime have to crank it over then recrank it the second time befor it starts. The second time starts right away. I changed the fuel filter witch is some reason
Located in the fuel pressure regulators. It started up great but 4 months later witch is now starting to have the same problem startingagain. I change the spark plus 4 months ago also. The engine runs great when it's running, just starting it is the problem.

Did you check the fuel pressure? Also ccheck the CPS. Mines was the CPS when it was hard to start.
