Default Pro Comp?

Any one using their suspension products or used them in the past? They seem to run a little cheaper, just wondering if you sacrifice quality.

They are good quality. My buddy uses the 5.5" on his TJ. It gets its fair share of beating on the weekends.

pro-comp is no rubicon express but you cant go wrong with their 3" xj kits.

What do they lack to be compared to RE, durability, flex?

I have a buddy running their rear 3.5" leaf packs. He loves them and he's had them for quite some time. Only thing is they do sag a little. Well I guess I should say they settles from 4" to the listed 3.5". So they won't net what say RE does but they are still a good riding spring.

The pro comp kits are not as complete as the RE kits. The springs are not as nice either. Over all they do have a good product though.

I have a 3" Pro comp kit sitting on 31s and am very pleased, especially for the price. It might not be a super duper rubicon expresser, but the kit came with front springs, shocks, aal, steering stabilizer, trac bar with relocation bracket, new lower control arms and sway bar links. All for under $600. Half the price of RE. If you can spend a few extra $, get the leaf packs instead of an aal. Otherwise, hard to beat.

i run a 3 inch pro-comp lift with spacer and block so its four inches, it was very cheap since i work at the 4 wheel parts DC. and i didnt think at the time i would be getting into cherokees this much but, i still run it but i gotta swapp out the front springs because the bumper and winch combo i run is going to make the front sagg more than the back. But pro-comp for the price is great better than rustys 3 inch kit in my opinion. and their front springs are stiff but not to stiff. All and all they are good lifts.

I have one on My cherokee it has decent lower control armes and it does come with a track bar relocation mount which most kits don't have.

Mine is a little saggy but other then that its not bad. But its coming off for my Oldman EMU kit soon...

depends on what kind of lift you are looking for. Pro comp springs are really soft compared to alot of other lifts. this makes a nice soft ride but unfortunately they tend to wear rapidly. Also most 3" lifts come with springs that are the same length as stock springs, the material is just thicker, giving the lift but not any travel, as I discovered after I put my skyjacker 3" on. Procomp springs are actually longer springs, so you get more travel out of the lift, and I switched out my shocks for procomp shocks and got a much softer ride on highway and off road

i thought rough country was the cheapest??? my first lift was a RC 3" AAL
it came with aal's shocks, and coil springs for 255$ it was very cheap, not very complete but with a 3" lift you can get away with stock arms and sway bar links and brakelines. the ride was pretty decent, a little rougher than stock but nice and tight..
and there 4.5" kit is very complete specialy with teh new ends they just got for the control arms, its a really good price to, if they had those fordged ends when i got my lift i would have gotten the RC 4.5" its a really good deal i think
