Got up early and dropped the tank to replace the press reg/filter. It was actually pretty easy for the exception of the long band bolts which took a thousand turns to drop them. What a difference it made for my Jeep. I used to get a bit of hesitation while accelerating and now it feels like a new Jeep. Definitely worth replacing.
