Default pre-lift fastener soaking...??? help

Ok, the lil woman gave me the go-ahead for a 3.5" RE lift....I can order it next friday....I've read many posts here that recommend soaking the fasteners ahead of time with penetrating oil, which would be the most bang for my buck???
Thanks............Scott

PB blaster all the way. soak every bolt that you will need to take out. all shock bolts, lca's, leaf springs, etc. i did this lift about a year ago, everything went smooth aside from a leaf spring bolt.
id say start like 4 days before your gonna do the lift, and just give everything a spray each day. i'd recommend using one of the little straws off a WD-40 can, makes it much easier for those hard to reach bolts.

I havent even order the lift yet and ive started soaking the upper rear shock bolts. PB blaster is the way to go, just dont forget eye protection, ive had it nearly hit my eyes once or twice and i dont feel that would be fun.

your top rear shock bolts will probly break regardless. it's just one of those things. i think i only hit mine with pb a couple times b/c i was fully expecting them to break.

I know, just hoping that hitting them enough well make it a little bit easier, I plan on getting the JKS Bar pin eliminators. I plan on getting the same RE 3.5 super ride with full leafs and I got my work cut out for me.
