Power windows dying a slow death

Power windows dying a slow death
Hey everyone,
2000 XJ Sport, 4.0L auto with 205k miles. The drivers side front window works fine, no issues. The other 3 don't work.
When I bought it a few thousand miles ago, the passenger side would go down a little bit but very slowly and now it has stopped altogether. The drivers side rear never worked and the rear pass. side used to work and now has stopped.
Do we think it's window motors, or something with the window switches or broken wires? I'm pretty sure they don't work off the main drivers switch or their individual ones, but I'll check for sure later.
