Default power window and locks not working!

I'm having problems with all my windows and locks. I recently just got the Jeep and they had replaced the two driver side doors but not even the other two windows will roll down and they been tampered with. I checked all the fuses and none where blown. When they took off the original doors they just cut off the wire harness, so I rewired everything to the new doors and all the windows worked but just for a few seconds, and when I pressed the unlocked button I just here clicking under the dash, so I'm stumped what to do?

There should be fuses under the das and under the hood. I just sent you a PM which may help you out...Tj

I still have not had any success in fixing my windows/locks I've checked all the fuses already so I pulled the thing that was clicking under the dash when I tried to unlock the doors, but now when I put it back in, it will not even click when I hit the unlock switch. Can someone please help, here is the part that I pulled. Thanks

Make sure that you have enough volts going to the doors. Pre 91s had a lot of issues with this. What year is your jeep?

mine is a 96, and they seem to be getting power, before I pulled that part they would work just for a couple of seconds, and then nothing. I checked all the wires and everything is intact.

Oh ok. See my 89 was doing this too. Except the wiring is different so the front locks worked from my passenger side and my driver side unlocked my passenger door. Hahaha. But basically the voltage just disapated the farther away it got from all the main electrical stuff in the passenger door.

Honestly I kinda did a cheap Jerry rig fix for mine. Then in 91 they changed the wireing. And since I'm no electrician or familiar with post 91 electrical stuff I'm not totally sure. Your gonna have to take off that driver door panel and start checking wires. Definately keep us posted though and take some pictures.
