recently on my '89 cherokee my turning has gotten hard when not rolling. like if i am just backing up the steering is hard when i first start to back up same with forward. seems like ps is going out? my belt is a little loose and i am replacing that soon. any ideas?

 

I would say slap a new pump on while your changing your belt bro... its only a few bolts and not to expensive... you wouldnt want to have it go out all the way on you..
