Hey y'all. How do you remove the high-pressure steering line on the power steering pump on a 4.0?

When I try to turn the 16mm bolt on the fitting it only turns at the threads going into the pump. It twists the entire metal high pressure line which keeps me from turning it around for removal of the line.

Is there a trick to this? Is the 16 mm bolt on the fitting at the pump just frozen? I don't get it...

 

Well if your like me that line will remove itself while going down the highway, that was fun. Try using a second wrench to hold the fitting on the pump while you try to remove the line, this is the top line on the pump were talking about right?
