Default Power steering problem

So the story is on my girlfriends 87 wagoner 4.0 the powerstering was comming in and out so I replaced the pump. Now it seems to be the same. If you start with the wheel full left or right and turn to the other side. It will turn nicely but seems to have a dead spot at the same point in the wheel once per rotation.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks guys

I didn't replace either of the lines so I will have to look into that. Thanks
