Hey everyone, when i turn my wheel all the way right or left and accelerate power steering fluid squirts up and hits parts of the engine causing white smoke. Can anyone tell me what exact part this is and how to get it out, it looks really tight.

Thats your high pressure line for your PS pump...mine was leaking a couple years ago in my old rig. go buy a new one at the parts store, grab a couple wrenches. and pull it out. Be careful as the one end goes into your steering box..and if you strip that..your in bad shape. I had to remove my lower rad hose to get it off. Took about 2 hours to do in the driveway. Cant remember what size wrench I used to get it off though.

These hoses are not expensive plus you will probably have to remove both at the bottom connections to have the room you need, and you still should flush out the entire system anyway and get all the air and old fluid out. Better to it all at once and have done with it. And donīt forget; Jeep takes PS fluid - not ATF.
