Default Power steering issue

I just replaced my power steering pump with a cardone one from advance. Probably shouldn't have but they were the only ones that had it in stock. I also replaced both lines and the pulley with a Mopar one. Everything worked fine the first couple of days and now I only have intermittent power steering. I have no power steering unless my engine is running at like 2800+ rpm. Everything was flushed and bled. I'm assuming that its a faulty pump, but would appreciate any ideas.

I'd take the pump back. Replacement is pretty much cut and dry unless I'm missing something.
