Default Adding overhead console - rear bracket measurements?

At the jy last week I picked up an overhead console on a whim for $10 to throw in my 01. I grabbed the harness as well, thankfully. Plugged it in, and good to go. Now I'm about to install it. I'm doing it simultaneously with replacing my headliner, so that makes it a bit easier since everything is exposed and pulled down.

I have no clue exactly where to cut the hole in the headliner for the rear bracket, anyone have some measurements on that?

In my haste, I noticed the bracket, but didn't have a drill to punch out the rivets and grab it. I'm going back tomorrow, so hopefully it's still there. If not, suggestions on an improvised rear mount?

I forgot the ambient sensor too, and will hopefully grab that. If it's gone or crushed, any ideas on sourcing a new one? All the ones I can find on the web are for pre-97

Thanks
