So on very cold mornings (well for southern new mexico anyways 40*-or below) it has a very rough start. it starts just fine normally, actually sometimes before i can even give the key a full turn (due to amazing battery, 2/0 cable and a HD starter rated to 1000amps) but then it kinda of putters and hesitates when you step on the gas to go. Also, it will be very rough and the steering wheel will not turn. Once i force the steering wheel to turn it smooths out and i have my power steering back but when i step on the gas to go it doesnt like going. i have to really give it gas before i can go anywhere. I have replaced the belt, cap/rotor, wires (8.2mm), spark plugs(platinum), performance fuel injectors (injectors to the same LBS rating as what i pulled out), and new fuel filter, 10w-40 oil, extra capacity oil filter, valve cover gasket and PCV valves. all part of my 166XXX tune up. so--3XXX miles ago.

What would cause this on cold mornings only after it has sat out all night and fired up in the morning?

(if i start it in the warmer part of the morning it is fine)
