Default power loss issue

I have a 95 cherokee sport. Recently ive been having issues with it losing power, does it mostly when i warms up. When at idle, my rpms drop real low almost about to cut.off, then they jump back up. It does it while im driving too, just dies and wont take the gas for a second, then kicks back in and and all is fine, it does it repeatedly. I have cleaned all my electrical connections, even added an extra ground wire, cleaned the existing contacts on the block. I have a code for an o2 but its because i have no catalytic converter. Only a muffler all else is straight pipe. Cleaned the throttle boddy, new high flow air filter... Cleaned my cps, my nss and even new battery trrminal posts. Now i am just at a complete loss. any ideas?

Sea foam or Lucas are the best from what people tell me. Might also be from not having the o2 sensor but I really don't know

Yeah its not because of the o2 that o2 is downstream, the onky o2s that affect engine performance are upstream and its fine. But i guess ill pick up a can of seafoam, cant hurt anything but my wallet right

Have you checked the spark and fuel delivery?
Fuel pressure?

In addition to cleaning the connections you should check the operation of the sensors, o2, map, cps is clean of debris.

All cylinders are firing. As far as fuel pressure goes.. It wouldnt suddenly change multiple times like that while running right? Or am i wrong? Like i said ive cleaned every connection and made sure everything is working properly as best to my knowledge. i was thinking maybe fuse/ relay box? Idk
