I have a 96 jeep cherokee and my power windows and windshield wipers dnt work when on the key accessory position. i know my friends 97 can do all that in accessory mode. in order for me to do that it needs to be on key on position. i was wondering if theres a way i can change it

On my 2001, the windows will work in accessory if the car had previously been in the on position
