Default Possibly new wheel cylinders but have a question

I had someone pump the brakes (while the jeep was turned on) and I noticed I was hearing ticking sound coming from the tire while the brakes were being pump and stopped when the brakes were stop pumping. What is the ticking noise?

could be the springs rubbing on something or ones getting ready to break?
