Default possible trouble ahead

Ive been working on getting my jeep on the road and its almost ready to get rolling. The only thing is that it hasnt ran for a while and i found mouse droppings inside on the floor pan. where would these suckers be hiding that could/would cause me any trouble with starting, running, etc?

Look in the air filter make sure there are not any nests in there, look behind the glovebox, and look the best you can in the A/C vents, and a good visual inspection of the wiring under the dash
