So i am not sure if its fuel or a tranny problem but when i accelerate hard or hit over 3k RPM sometimes it sputters, and by that i mean the rpms drop briefly, and will keep jumping back up, so if i am accelerating hard its like riding a bronco, now it only does it sometimes. i cant hear any weird sounds like grinding or anything coming from the tranny, i am just not sure what it is. What should i check?

Try checking your plug wires. They can cause a misfire and buck you around if they are bad.
