This may seem like its coming from right field but i had a similar issue about 2 years ago.. I checked all connections from battery, even replaced the terminals. Nothing happened.. I knew it wasnt the battery cuz that was the first thing i replaced.. Tested it by putting it in my pickup and had no issues. I started checking every wire for a short.. All components that run on start up.. That lead me to the fuel pump wire connector.. The fuel pump sid of the connector was corroded pretty bad and was causing a short.. CHanged the fuel pump and all was fixed..

 

Hmm, I hope it's not a random wire connection that I have to go chasing down haha, but i'll keep that in mind.

It's just strange to me how this happens one day out of nowhere, then my car drives fine for 3 weeks, then it happens again.

 

Noticed my negative terminal on the battery was a little wiggly today. I brushed the terminals and connectors down good and tightened it all back on, i'll see what happens.

If this fixes it, I guess moisture was just sinking inbetween the connector and terminal. Which it very well could be. Did a load test on my battery and the battery is fine.
