Default Possible ball joint problem?

I have been hearing a feeling a strong pop in my steering wheel and sounds drone my front left. It only happens when I turn left as well. Help is much appreciated thx guys

Lift the wheel off the ground grab tire at 3 and 9 wiggle if there is play bad TRE next grab at 12 and 6 wiggle if there is play bad hub bearing next put prybar under tire try to lift up and down if there is play bad ball joint. Sounds like you may have more than one of those issues
