popping out of 4x4 when im hitting the ruff stuff

popping out of 4x4 when im hitting the ruff stuff

when ever i ruff terrain it pops out of 4x4 any ideas???

may need to adjust your transfer case linkage

pretty common problem realy it could be the linkage or it could be a worn out tc.
