Default Popping noise when turning from a stop

Still have a popping noise when turning from a stop, does it turning left or right.won't do it when going down the road and turning.I have replaced ball joints, put on a steering bar brace, frame brace for the track bar,and drilled and put another bolt through the frame bracket for the track bar.Have 3/4 spacers on top of the springs, the one on the drivers side isnt sitting straight on the spring, had a friend say it could be binding some and touching to frame and making noise.Thought I would ask first and see if anyone else has had this happen, before I start spending more time and money trying to find it.and some times when I hit some bumps or small holes in the road it will make similar noise

Exclamation popping noise

I have the same noise, my jeep is a 2000 xj sport. My jeep tech suspects the noise comes from the upper or lower control arm bushings working in their spot, the fix is new bushings. Polyurethane bushings will squeak, if not kept lubed, but will outlast O.E.M. type bushings and you will notice an improved driving experience. Good Luck with it.

This is one of my issues as well. I have new front lower control arms, but stock front upper control arms. I'm going to be replacing them soon to see if that does it. I also think it might have something to do with streeting box? I could be totally off on that one, but I don't have a steering box brace yet.
I'd say check your bushings to make sure they aren't all worn to death. I doubt its your spacers. I don't have spacers and I'm getting the same thing.

I have this noise also. It is the bolt going through the track bar into the frame mount.

This issue arose recently on my rig.
On "pop" you could feel the "frame" at the steering box flex (I could also feel it in the steering wheel)
Tightening the heck out of my steering box bolts remedied the noise and subsequent jitter through the steering wheel.

I will be keeping an eye on mine, while saving for “frame” reinforcements.

Good luck.
