Default plugs on right hand side of motor

ok so out of the fuse box or whatever on the right hand side of the jeep there is a green cable that comes out and down. this merges with other cords in a group one. can someone tell me what these cables go to? I am about to drop my motor in and these cables were cut from the previous owner. I need to buy them or pull if possible but not sure of what they are or go to

its green out of the right side of the box not the front.

I went and looked at my girlfriends 96, didnt see what you where talking about... Like I said, take a pic and it will be alot easier.

like if you were sitting in the passengers seat. move ahead 3 feet and between the box and the fender there is a green cable that comes out

alright I was wrong before. posted about fuse box but was wrong it is a green cable in the power distribution center in the engine compartment. on the right side between it and the fender there is a green cable coming out that meets a larger main cable. can anyone tell me what this is and if its important?
