could u pliz provide me some pics of towing hooks that can be fixed by scrows (not welding) bkoz my Jeep doesn't have any in bothe ends ...

Welding is not recommended for the Cherokee because it does not have a true frame. The tow hooks you want and need are bolted in place and extend back on the unibody rails about 12" or so. They bolt through the existing hole in the unibody and te hook is atteched to that plate after it is bolted in place. Look at these HERE

The rear hook is only on one side and thus most people use a recovery system which is based upon the rear hitch for towing a trailer. There are several brands available wich use a plate inserted inside the unibody rail and attach the hitch on the outside of the rail on either side of the fuel tank. The hitches have a reciever which accepts a trailer ball on a square slide in piece or a hook or even a "S" ring.
