Default Please Weigh In! Scrape Under Windshield Seal?

Right now, go check under your windshield seal, on the passenger side, under the end of the wiper blade. Do you have a long scrape with paint missing?

I'm asking because 3 weeks ago I had my windshield replaced. I've noticed today there is a very long scrape - bare metal - under the windshield seal- see pic below. So I went back to them and they of course gave me all these stories of how that's normal, how it's from "the windshield seal rubbing and moving against the metal until it's bare". I call complete bull****. It looks like they tried to take a blade to get it off and scraped the hell out of it. And they won't fix it or admit fault at all.
They also botched the seal and the drivers side was literally lifting off the frame. I had to go back and they gave me another long excuse but finally glued it down properly.

So, can you guys check yours out? Try to lift the seal a bit to check underneath and see if there's a scratch. Of there's no scratch, please feel free to attach a picture, I'd love to go back and show them.
I think they're just dicking me around.
