At the tail end of my heater core replacement and I’ve ran into a problem… got everything back together and now my rear wiper, fogs, and headlights won’t shut off, there’s this weird intermittent buzzing coming from fuse panel on first block relay I believe it’s the cigar lighter/accessory relay, I’m only getting air out of the little side vents and the defrost vent and my odometer will show for a second then go to the infamous “No bus” is it possible this all could be related to a bad ground?

 

I wonder if you banged something loose getting the dash back together.
