Give us a little more info. How hot does it get. What symptoms does it show when it overheats...coolant coming out, smoke from oil...etc? It could be a lot of things, things as simple as a bad radiator cap which can be bought new for $5. Could be it needs new coolant, more coolant, new thermostat, faulty vacuum tubing, bad air filter and so on and so on. If you could give us more info we might be able to pinpoint it for you.
