Please help me locate the opposit end of this crack

Please help me locate the opposit end of this crack
I found where the water is coming from into the passenger side floor but i don't know where does it lead from the outside so i can cut and weld it.
It is circled in red in that photo, on the top right corner.
Do i have to remove the right fender to locate it ?
