Default Please Help! I have spark and gas, but still wont start.

Hi guys, I am having troubles with my 1996 jeep Cherokee with the 2.5L 4 cylinder. I went out to go to work this morning and it was just dead. it didn't crank or click at all. So thinking that I had a dead battery I tried jump starting it and a battery charger. I finally got it to turn over but it was still very weak. I got the battery tested and it was bad so I bought a new battery. Now It still wont start. I pulled a spark plug and I can see and smell gas and I got a spark tester and I can see a nice blue spark. I replaced the CPS sensor in December along with the ignition coil and spark plug wires. today I tried both the old and new CPS sensors with no luck. So I still haven't gotten it to start. Any help would be very appreciated.

Had this happen to my girlfriend's Jeep. Turned out she had rats eating her power wires.

So it turns out that one of the 02 sensors had been knocked lose making it so that my engine was going from rich to lean... Now that it back in place its running like a champ.

glad it's going for ya, keep an eye on the rear o2, my wires were zipped tied up, but they hung down just enough for the drive shaft to rub the one wire bare....
