i have replaced my Brake callipers , pads , Roto rs, brake fluid and drums , (was told beake shoes in drums still have life) on my 1999 XJ sport 4.0 4wd
my question is that my Brakes act really weird , i get in after the Cherokee sits for a day or 2 and the Brakes are so touchy that they lock up the front wheels by just barely touching them , then they start acting better when the cherokee warms up ? the pressure seems to always be different ? any ideas are appreciated ?
Thank you

x2 what Sandyman said. Sounds like it could be air in the system.
Also, did you adjust your rear brakes properly? The rear drums have a significant effect on pedal feel.

Calipers on the wrong side so the bleeder is on the bottom instead of the top?
